I started painting this Image - inspired by an Arrangement of some Beautiful Hydrangeas - right before the "Solar Eclipse Happening". So after watching that experience - it seemed appropriate to paint the Moon and stars in that little window that quite often appears in many of my floral paintings.

       

I felt so cool and refreshing painting the Blues and 

 Lavenders after a string of paintings in a Bright Palette.
